Native Nations Procession

On September 21, 2004 a remarkable event took place in Washington, DC as Native Americans from all over the United States were joined by Native people from several other countries in a Procession to celebrate the opening of the National Museum of the American Indian.

I was fortunate to be able to take a sampling of photographs which I will share with those who were unable to be there.
