Galapagos Islands

Back into the wild. We gathered to watch the birds mating rituals.

All these people are waiting to watch a waved albatross take flight at the "albatross airport". It finally took off. It was more fun watching them doing the mating rituals

A view of our cabin with the fancy and ever changing ways that our cabin attendant prepared the towels.
Our last day at the beach. As always, the sea lions were at home with the humans.
Our captain, Pablo, and the assisting engineer
Our suitcases on the way to shore. We didn't see them again until we arrived in Quito.

We watch our ship in the harbor at San Cristobal as another group learn how to board the panga and prepare to sail. The cycle of tourism continues.

Our departure from the Galapagos Islands.

No longer is this wonderful place a complete mystery to us.
