The blossoms are often so dense it is seems like a tunnel!

Your tour today has taken you around the Tidal Basin which is near the Jefferson Memorial and about 20 seconds by air from the Reagan National Airport. The blossoms are at peak today. The Washington Memorial is off the right side.

This reporter from Channel 9 was talking to the blossom seekers. His next candidate was - Me!  In reply to his question, I told him I was not afraid of terrorists. I explained I had taken over 100 pictures today, so that I could share the pictures on my website.  I was on the 5 o'clock news that night!!
